- We currently ship across India.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

- Aurakaai is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

- All jewellery is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Gift packaging, if selected, will be included as per order details.
